GENERAL
| Estimasi waktu pengerjaan 1 - 7 hari untuk general order. Untuk custom order pengerjaan bisa lebih lama. |

| Semua carrd bisa di recolor secara free. |
| Batas maksimal accept carrd : 3 jam |
Materials
| Akun carrd disediakan oleh customer, penjelasan dan cara pembuatanya ada di faq. |
| Akun carrd bisa saf bantu pembuatanya, customer bisa menyediakan email aktif saja tanpa password. |
| Onepage bisa menambah page dan materials. |
| Media dapat dikirim melalui gdrive & telegram. Dapat berupa pict atau gif dengan size maksimal 2MB. |
| Wording harus disediakan customer karena saf tidak bisa menyediakan wording. |
Revision
| Minor revisi only. | Revisi jika kesalahan karna aku atau revisi dalam batas wajar (saf berhak menolak revisi) dan tidak bisa mengubah total desain. |
| Tidak bisa rombak warna dan revisi warna. | Sebaiknya menjelaskan secara detail warna di awal / mengirim color pallete agar sesuai kemauan. |
Prohibition
| Hit and run & cancel order setelah mengirim form. |
| Tidak menerima carrd untuk BA aplikasi premium. |
| Dilarang meniru atau menjadikan inspo dari katalog dan custom result. you will be fined 200K IDR. |
